Meet David
My family and I moved to Spokane in 2009 after working and living in Ukraine as missionaries. In Ukraine, I worked with orphans and at-risk youth, running transition homes for kids coming out of orphanages as well as working with those who still lived in the orphanages and children in my neighborhood.
When we settled in Spokane, I realized helping people make sure they could have a place called home was the way I would contribute to the community and provide for our family. Thus, I got my real estate license and began my career in the real estate industry in 2015.
I’m currently based out of John L. Scott’s Spokane office, and serve clients in areas including Spokane, Spokane Valley, Deer Park, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Airway Heights, Mead and Clayton. I work with all types of clients, including sellers, buyers, investors, first-time home buyers, builders, and those seeking vacant land.
When working with clients, it’s important to me to listen to their story so I can tailor my approach to their needs and help them achieve their goals. I provide the highest level of service, employing comprehensive market strategies and keeping the lines of communication open, which ensures my clients feel comfortable throughout the buying or selling process.
When I’m not working, I enjoy playing pickleball, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with my kids.
Spokane
Spokane is capital of the Inland Northwest, home to the Gonzaga Bulldogs, the second largest city in Washington State and a great place to call home. What once was a fur trading and mining post and then a railroad hub has grown into a city with a flourishing arts and cultural scene and an economy built around services more than natural resources. We truly are a modern city with deep ties to our history. In fact, 18 of Spokane’s neighborhoods are on the National Register of Historical Districts. Most of the downtown commercial district’s buildings were destroyed in the Great Fire of 1889. This led to a rebuilding boom in the years that followed. The architecture for many of the new buildings was Romanesque Revival, and much of downtown reflects that style today.
